Job Overview:
We're looking to hire a Brand and Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team who can take ownership of our content and branding efforts. This person will play a key role in shaping how our brand is represented across all channels and will support the Marketing Manager and our go-to-market strategies with high-quality, consistent marketing materials. They’ll work closely with the leadership team to plan and execute initiatives that drive visibility, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of project management, campaign execution, content development, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
In this role, you will:
- Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all materials.
- Create and manage a steady stream of content for our blog, white papers, one-pagers, and more.
- Support demand generation, sales enablement, and product marketing with targeted content.
- Help execute and manage larger marketing initiatives like campaigns, case studies, and partner co-marketing.
Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Thought Leadership
- Develop and write blog posts, one-pagers, email campaigns, white papers, and customer-facing documentation, specifically that speaks to an enterprise audience.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop content calendars and manage deadlines to ensure consistent publishing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate technical or product-based information into clear, compelling narratives to help contribute to product marketing and the knowledge base.

Brand and Messaging
- Refine and maintain brand guidelines.
- Ensure all marketing content is aligned with our positioning, voice, and tone.
- Help evolve our messaging across different customer segments and product lines.

Marketing Strategy and Support
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Work with sales to develop collateral and case studies that support the sales process.
- Partner with external writers, designers, and agencies as needed to scale production.

LinkedIn:
- Work with the Marketing Manager to develop a LinkedIn content strategy to increase reach, engagement, and thought leadership.
- Create engaging LinkedIn posts for the company page, as well as partnering with the founders to help bolster their own social media presence.
- Help identify and amplify strategic topics relevant to our target industries and ideal customers.

Video and Multimedia Content
- Provide direction and scripting for brand, product, and customer videos.
- Collaborate with video editors or external partners to ensure output aligns with our brand and goals.
About You:
Experience and Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or data/technology industries.
- Strong portfolio of content writing and/or content strategy work.
- Experience crafting messaging for enterprise buyers or technical decision makers.
- Ability to translate technical topics into digestible, benefit-focused language.
- Experience creating brand-aligned marketing materials (white papers, case studies, emails, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance tracking.
- Experience using tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, or similar.
