Hiring experienced Games professionals to join an exciting collaboration with a top AI research lab. This role involves contributing to the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems designed to replicate real-world workflows across gaming, game mechanics, and hobbyist communities.

Key Responsibilities

Create and assess complex problems and tasks in gaming, including game mechanics, player strategies, and community practices

Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logical consistency, and relevance to real-world gaming experiences

Provide clear written feedback on game-related content and problem sets

Ideal Qualifications

Deep personal or professional experience with games as a hobby or industry, including video games, tabletop games, casino games or related gaming communities

Strong knowledge of gameplay strategies, mechanics, and consumer gaming culture

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Prior experience in gaming content creation, community engagement, or related fields is a plus
