Broadcast National Sales Assistant

Job Opening: National Sales Assistant

Morris Network is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented National Sales Assistant to support advertising sales across multiple television stations. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and wants to grow within the broadcast media industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the National Sales team across multiple stations
  • Assist with order entry, traffic coordination, and campaign tracking
  • Generate reports and maintain sales records with accuracy
  • Communicate with sales representatives, agencies, and internal departments to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Perform additional office support duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Excel, and database systems)
  • High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
  • Comfort working with numbers and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple roles
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior office or administrative experience
  • Interest in developing a career in sales — potential to grow into a sales role for the right candidate
