We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Leasing Office Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position — perfect for current students or recent graduates looking to build professional experience in property management, real estate, or customer service.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, supporting the leasing office with day-to-day operations. No prior property management experience is required — we’re most interested in your people skills, communication abilities, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Assist with scheduling property tours and showing available units to prospective tenants
- Prepare and organize leasing documents, rental applications, and new resident communications
- Support move-in and move-out processes, including coordinating inspections and paperwork
- Assist residents with questions, maintenance requests, and general inquiries
- Help keep office systems, records, and resident files accurate and up to date
Desirable Skills & Qualities
We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds. Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or administrative work will be considered transferable skills for this role.
