Revenue Team Intern
Term:
10–12 weeks (summer or fall semester)
20–25 hours/week (flexible; remote-first with some Charleston meetups if local)
Reporting To:
Head of Growth (day-to-day) with dotted-line support from Chief of Staff.
Core Responsibilities

Lifestyle Imagery Production (40%)
- Use Dopple’s beta lifestyle image tool to batch-generate product imagery for client PDPs and marketing assets.
- Organize assets in shared libraries; apply consistent naming and tagging conventions.
- Document feedback on the tool vs. vertical need (outside of furniture which is already proven)

CRM & Data Hygiene (20%)
- Audit HubSpot contact/company records, merge duplicates, fix missing fields (industry, lifecycle stage, persona level).
- Follow established rules for lead source, deal stage, and activity logging.
- Help build/update suppression lists and ABM target lists.

Sales & Marketing Analytics Support (15%)
- Pull weekly pipeline and campaign reports, validate against RevOps dashboards.
- Flag missing opportunity data (ARR, close date, lead source).
- Track campaign performance (email engagement, event ROI).

ABM & Outbound Campaign Support (10%)
- Assist with handwritten notes, custom mailers, and gift packaging.
- Research target accounts/contacts (LinkedIn, news, product launches).
- Support follow-up sequences after events and webinars.

Social Media & Content (10%)
- Cut video clips for LinkedIn posts (sizzle reels, demos).
- Create simple graphics (Canva templates, quote cards, event shoutouts).
- Draft and schedule posts with provided copy or prompts.

Ad-Hoc GTM Ops Projects (5%)
- Competitive research (pricing pages, product launches).
- Assist with case study formatting or testimonial updates.
- Support event logistics (swag prep, guest list clean-up).

Profile of an Ideal Intern
