Content Marketing Specialist / Copywriter

Stifel Marcin – The B2B Marketing Agency, has an immediate opening for a content marketing specialist to work with clients in industrial sectors. Excellent copywriting skills and a marketing background are required, as well as the ability to work outside of silos on multiple marketing initiatives, helping the collective team succeed as one.

In our fast-paced agency environment, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once and maintain close attention to detail is critical. This role includes helping develop content that delivers brand positions, detailed information, and maintains brand compliance.

The right candidate will have 2+ years of agency experience and a solid background of effective marketing communications. Their portfolio of work should include content utilized by organizations and businesses in professional applications, showcasing assets that clear, precise and brand-compliant. Experience should include: 

• website content creation with search engine optimization integration, including on-page content and metadata, using provided keyword direction from the digital & SEO team
• electronic ad materials – including text for paid search ads and digital ads
• e-newsletters and email blast content, working to provide direction and support to design team members
• technical articles and case studies
• press release creation and distribution
• social media content development including unpaid and sponsored content
   

As a B2B agency, candidates must be able to grasp technical concepts and apply industrial theories to produce creative results.  Experience in content management and social media management systems such as WordPress, and HubSpot also a big plus.

This is an onsite position, working full time in our Glastonbury CT office. While some remote work is an option, work will primary be at our location, and terms would be negotiated based on candidate experience and agency considerations.
