Retail Sales Associate

Position Summary: Walmart Associates are the frontline team members responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily operations. Associates may work in various departments, including sales floor, cashier, stocking, or specialty areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, providing friendly and efficient service
Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is properly labeled
Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle returns/exchanges
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store
Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
Follow company policies and procedures
Collaborate with team members and support store goals
Qualifications:

No prior experience required; retail experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
