Bilingual Office Assistant

We are seeking professional and reliable Bilingual Office Assistants to support a well-known insurance company in Orange, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and sales experience. As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the office operates smoothly and clients receive exceptional service.

Temp to Hire 

Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00/HR 

Monday-Friday | 8:30AM-5:30PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and customers both in person and over the phone, providing outstanding service.
  • Perform general office duties, including copying, scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support office staff and agents with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  • Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and professional always.

Qualifications

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite preferred).
  • Recent experience in an administrative, office support, or clerical role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and stay organized in a busy office setting.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
