
Operations Manager and Project Coordinator
The Operations Manager at Stoneledge Studio plays a key role in maintaining efficiency across core business functions. This role is responsible for managing internal operational systems, ensuring accurate billing, and procurement workflows, and providing financial visibility that supports team productivity and company profitability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Oversee all client billing processes including design fee proposals and product acquisition proposals
2) Manage time billing and Harvest time tracking reports for team members
3) Lead procurement activities:
- Obtain quotes and estimates from vendors
- Place and track orders
- Resolve product delivery and/or quality issues
- Manage vendor payments
3) Support financial workflows related to project profitability and productivity tracking
4)Standardize and streamline administrative operations across the studio
5) Coordinate logistics relating to project deliverables as defined by Lead and Senior Designers
Required Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience with formal financial training or an MBA preferred
Prior experience in operations or finance within a professional firm environment
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial tracking tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with or understanding of product procurement workflows
