Creative Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional or someone with 1–3 years of experience looking to expand their skills in graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing. The Creative Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting Alpine’s brand across print, digital, and social platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create compelling graphics, layouts, and marketing collateral for print and digital campaigns.
  • Social Media: Manage and execute content calendars, create engaging posts, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Video Production: Assist with filming, editing, and producing videos for internal and external communications.
  • Presentation Development: Design professional PowerPoint and sales presentations that align with brand guidelines.
  • Print Marketing: Develop brochures, flyers, trade show materials, and other print collateral.
  • Website Content Management: Update and optimize web pages, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
  • Blog Writing: Draft and publish articles that highlight industry trends, company news, and product insights.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams to support marketing initiatives.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 0–3 years of experience in marketing, design, or related creative roles.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc. preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual design.
