Graphic/Multimedia Design Fellow

What You’ll Do:

  • Design vibrant, eye-catching graphics for social media, web, and print
  • Help develop digital assets for campaigns, events, and educational content
  • Contribute to presentations and branded materials
  • Keep designs aligned with our visual identity and messaging
  • Jump in with basic video editing or motion graphics for reels or explainers

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong visual sense and attention to detail
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
  • Someone who’s organized, communicates clearly, and can meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and designing across platforms
  • Bonus points for skills and experience in video editing (Premiere, After Effects, etc.)

What You’ll Learn:

In this role, you’ll sharpen your design skills and build a real-world portfolio while learning how to work within a brand system and create visuals that educate and inspire. Expect to gain hands-on experience with layout, typography, and digital content creation across social and web platforms. You'll also grow in creative collaboration, time management, and responding to feedback. Most importantly, you’ll see how design can fuel civic engagement and drive social impact.
