Join our all-women team at Traction Dog Training Club as a Digital Marketing Specialist. We are seeking a driven individual to manage Google and Meta ads, and implement basic SEO strategies. This role offers a 45-day trial period, with the potential to expand to full-time and significant growth opportunities.

About Traction

Traction offers contact-free boarding for aggressive dogs and working K9s, protection dog training, and private in-home dog trainers of the highest caliber in Austin, TX and Boulder, CO. Rather than viewing dogs as delicate fur babies, we see dogs as purpose-designed badass animals that deserve our respect, admiration, and careful development.

Position & Compensation

We are an all-women team seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to spend dedicated time on Google ads, Meta ads, and basic SEO. The person we are looking for is over-communicative, organized, and driven by measurable results.

The position will begin with a 45-day trial on a part-time basis, working 20 hours/week and earning $1800/month. The Specialists' communication, organization, and overall competency is evaluated during this period.

It will then expand to full-time work split between Traction Dog Training Club and another local service company at $4,000/month, benefits negotiable. Outstanding communication and results-driven performance will lead to significantly increased compensation.

We have plans to expand our aggressive dog boarding facility to 15 locations by 2028, providing ample opportunity for growth.

Location

Work can be performed remotely, but candidates must live in or near Austin, Texas.
