Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Programs Associate to help execute and scale our marketing initiatives. This role will be central in building awareness and engagement with both doctors and patients through a variety of channels and programs. Reporting to the VP of Growth, this person will be responsible for executing campaigns, creating content, and ensuring our marketing efforts run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing programs across webinars, email, social media, and website content; support conferences and prescriber events with the VP of Sales.
- Draft and edit clear, engaging content tailored to prescriber and patient audiences.
- Manage marketing calendars to ensure programs and campaigns launch on time.
- Lead patient-facing webinars end-to-end, and support prescriber webinars, roundtables, and conferences in partnership with the VP of Sales.
- Optimize email automations in ActiveCampaign and set up new touchpoints to drive prescriber adoption and patient conversion.
- Collaborate with the VP of Patient Success to refine patient lead touchpoints and improve post-transaction communications that drive engagement and retention.
- Work closely with the Medical Director to ensure all marketing materials and outreach are medically accurate, compliant with healthcare marketing regulations, and appropriately targeted to prescriber and patient audiences.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance (e.g., engagement, conversions, ROAS), using Google Sheets and platform dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
- Strong writing and editing skills; able to adapt tone for prescriber and patient audiences.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, social scheduling, CMS) and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
- Experience measuring and interpreting marketing performance data (e.g., engagement, conversions, ROAS) using Google Sheets and platform dashboards; ability to turn data into actionable insights is a plus.
