What you’ll do:
- True grit and grinder – you will become the expert in how to uncover every applicant, where to go to get them, and get it done.
- Research and recommend new sources for recruiting, such as industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and job boards.
- Proactively sources and builds pipelines.
- Conduct phone screenings, Interviews, and offer calls.
- Work closely with our recruiting manager to understand the requirements of roles, team functions, and how they fit into the broader organization.
- Engaging potential candidates on social media
- Generate creative ideas for recruitment campaigns, video content, posts, print material
What you’ll need:
- A good mix of both sales / marketing skills
- Great social media and copywriting skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization
- Willing to take the chance, and get out there
- Crazy good follow up skills
