About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Real Estate Software Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about technology, data, and real estate operations. As a consultant, you will work closely with clients to implement, support, and optimize real estate software solutions. You’ll use your technical, analytical, and communication skills to help clients maximize the value of their software investment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation and configuration of real estate software solutions for clients.

Write and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.

Support clients in troubleshooting and resolving software and reporting issues.

Translate client requirements into clear, actionable system configurations and reports.

Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights and recommendations.

Develop and deliver standard and custom reports to meet client needs.

Document processes, workflows, and client-specific customizations.

Collaborate with internal teams (support, development, and training) to ensure successful project outcomes.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.

Foundational knowledge of SQL (query writing, joins, data manipulation).

Understanding of accounting principles (general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience with report writing (using tools like SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI, or similar is a plus).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and manage multiple priorities.
