Logistics Report Analyst
Do you enjoy creating reports and working with data? Do you have advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, macros)? Are you detail-oriented and curious about solving billing discrepancies? If so, this role may be a great fit for you!
What you’ll do:
Reconcile postage charges from USPS and vendors.
Develop and maintain reporting on volume and postage trends.
Research billing discrepancies and request refunds/credits when needed.
Work with Excel, Access, and internal systems to track and maintain accurate billing data.
Collaborate with USPS, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely reimbursement.
What we’re looking for:
1+ year of related experience in reporting, auditing, or reconciliation.
Proficiency in Excel and Access skills.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Flexibility to work overtime during busy periods.
