About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will help clients achieve their financial goals through personalized advice, tailored investment strategies, and ongoing portfolio management. You will serve as a trusted partner, guiding clients through wealth management, retirement planning, risk management, and financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, objectives, and risk tolerance.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning services, including retirement, estate, tax, and investment planning.
- Develop and implement customized investment strategies to meet client needs.
- Monitor client accounts regularly, providing proactive updates and making adjustments as necessary.
- Educate clients on financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (analysts, client service associates, and operations) to ensure seamless client experience.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and professional partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Master’s degree or CFP designation preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or investment consulting.
- FINRA Series 7, 63/65/66, or equivalent licenses (or ability to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) and CRM systems.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting growth targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to grow and manage a book of business.
