Friendly Connections of seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Supervisor to hold a leadership role, overseeing staff, managing programs, and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Who We Are:

We are a 501(C)3 non profit that currently works with adults with Developmental Disabilities. We are expanding by opening a mental health division (in Matawan, NJ) to provide counseling services to all individuals.

Responsibilities:

Provide counseling

Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to other clinicians

Oversee a group of clinicians to ensure compliance including monitoring documentation

Service planning

Qualifications: 

Hold a New Jersey LCSW license

LCSW with a minimum of three years experience as an LCSW

Completion of 20 hours of continuing education credits of post-graduate course-work related to supervision
