UKG Human Capital Management Intern
Presbyterian Homes of Georgia is upgrading its UKG platform to the Human Capital Management (HCM) suite, which includes many critical modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Workforce Management, and Business Intelligence (Analytics). We are seeking a highly motivated intern to help support this large-scale transition by creating crucial training and support materials for our employees.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on, real-world experience with a leading enterprise HR technology system and directly contribute to a major corporate change management project.
Key Responsibilities
The intern will focus on creating user-friendly materials to ensure a smooth, successful transition for all employees:
- Training Content Creation: Develop engaging slide decks and presentations to be used for formal training sessions.
- Documentation: Draft clear, concise quick tip sheets and cheat sheets for various end-users (managers and employees).
- Training Manuals: Assist in compiling and editing comprehensive training manuals and reference guides.
- Training Delivery (Optional): Opportunity to shadow and/or co-facilitate training sessions for small employee groups.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a current University of Georgia student who meets the following criteria:
- Major/Focus: Enrolled in a relevant program (e.g., Human Resource Management, Communications, Business Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills are required for success in this role.
- Availability: Must be able to commit to approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility to schedule work around classes.
- Technical Aptitude: A quick learner with new software and comfortable translating complex processes into simple instructions.
