Sales Representative / Territory Manager — Investment Castings Materials & Equipment

  • Location: DESIGNATED TERRITORY TBD (Field-based; office support as needed)
  • Reports to: VP of Sales and or President
  • Travel: Up to 50–75% (regular travel within assigned territory plus occasional travel to support other team members)

Position summary:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative / Territory Manager to grow sales of materials, equipment, and services for investment casting applications, and to provide hands‑on process support to foundry and manufacturing customers. This is a field sales role with a designated territory. We will train motivated, entry‑level candidates in product and process knowledge; experienced candidates with foundry, ceramic, metallurgy, or equipment sales backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet or exceed sales targets and margin goals.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts while growing sales within existing customers.
  • Present product solutions, perform demonstrations, and recommend materials, equipment, and process changes for investment casting applications.
  • Provide on-site troubleshooting, trial support, and process assistance. coordinate issues with internal engineering and technical service teams.
  • Support teammates by traveling to other territories as needed for major trials, installations, or coverage gaps.
  • Maintain accurate activity and opportunity records; prepare forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
  • Communicate market feedback and customer needs to product management and R&D.
  • Represent the company professionally at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events; adhere to safety and compliance policies.

Required qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to build relationships with operations, maintenance, procurement, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a field role.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory and to support other territories (overnight travel required).
  • Valid driver’s license, Possible passport
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning technical products and process applications; we provide product and process training.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience or related technical experience (ceramic, foundry, metallurgy, manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial equipment).
  • Familiarity with investment casting processes, materials, or equipment.
  • MS Office experience

Physical demands

  • Ability to visit customer facilities, stand/walk for site visits and demonstrations, and occasionally lift up to 55 lbs.
