The Branding & Communications team is responsible for crafting and deploying branding and communications strategies for Millennium and WorldQuant. We are seeking a Branding & Communications Intern who will have the opportunity to work across our firm-wide global activities, including executive and digital communications, branding, and internal and external messaging.
As a summer intern, you will work closely with various members of our global team and will have opportunities to focus on projects that support our collective efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies across multiple channels, including digital media, social platforms and internal communications.
- Draft and prepare engaging content for internal and external audiences, including social media posts, newsletters and firm updates.
- Support the planning and execution of industry events, conferences and other key initiatives to enhance Millennium and World Quant’s brand visibility.
- Monitor media coverage and provide insights through media tracking and analysis, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
- Assist in maintaining and updating key communication platforms, including the global employee intranet and external website.
- Conduct research on digital trends, competitor analysis, and platform innovations to inform branding and communication strategies.
- Support team operations by managing activity trackers, content calendars and other organizational tools.
Qualifications:
- Candidates graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.5 and above.
- Majors in Business, Economics, Communications, Journalism, Political Science, Liberal Arts or related fields are a plus.
- Strong writing skills, as well as strong research, comprehension and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and handle time efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy, quality and integrity.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future.
