About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Data Entry Intern to support our order management and fulfillment process. This role is ideal for a student interested in business operations, supply chain, or CPG (consumer packaged goods). You’ll get hands-on experience working with Amazon orders, logistics systems, and customer tracking.

What You’ll Do

Enter customer orders into our 3PL (third-party logistics) system

Monitor and follow up on Amazon orders

Copy and upload tracking numbers into systems and share as needed

Help reconcile order data across platforms (Amazon, 3PL, internal spreadsheets)

Flag and communicate any discrepancies or issues to the operations team

What We’re Looking For

Current student or recent graduate in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)

Organized, reliable, and proactive communicator

Interest in learning the CPG/beverage industry
