
CEO-in-Training (CIT)
Are you an entrepreneurial leader ready to step into the role of CEO with the right support, mentorship, and opportunity? Victory EMS and Medical Transportation is offering a life-changing opportunity to develop into a CEO of one of our thriving affiliated healthcare companies through our CEO in Training (CIT) program.
This full-time, paid training program lasts approximately 5 – 8 months. We don’t require healthcare experience. We do require hunger, grit, humility, and leadership ability. If you’re ready to bet on yourself, we’re ready to invest in you.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Leadership & Experience
- 2–3 years of proven leadership with strong results (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required

What You’ll Experience
As a CIT, you won’t just sit in a classroom. You’ll get immersive, hands-on exposure to all aspects of healthcare operations financial management, clinical insight, people leadership, and strategic growth. You’ll shadow seasoned executives, lead real projects, and be expected to act like a future CEO from day one.
You’ll be mentored directly by experienced company builders who have walked this path before. Think of it like a startup incubator, but for healthcare operators—with the backing of a proven organization that believes in ownership, not bureaucracy.
What Awaits You After the Program
Upon successful completion, you’ll step into a CEO/Executive Director role—owning the vision, direction, and operational control of your own healthcare company. You’ll have the opportunity to lead, grow, and innovate.
