Global Career Rotational Program - Production Management

You will experience:

• You benefit from an 18–24-month trainee program that is tailored to your personal needs
• You are involved in international and challenging project assignments in various positions in the Product Management department. You will also gain insights into other departments and complete at least one stay abroad in Mexico.

Your qualifications:

• You have an above average Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or technical business administration, with practical experience through relevant internships or co-op’s, for example in product management, purchasing or consulting, or you have a bachelor’s degree with 3 years of practical relevant work experience in product management, purchasing or consulting
• You are business fluent in English and ideally speak another foreign language.
• A holistic entrepreneurial mindset and pronounced hands-on mentality are among your core competencies
• Strong communication skills, teamwork and persuasiveness coupled with high motivation and change mindset complete your profile
