Sales Rep Intern

Jazmine Kionna is a Black woman–founded luxury footwear brand merging science, fashion, and nature. We’ve developed patented insole technology that brings comfort innovation to luxury heels. We’re in an exciting rebrand phase—expanding into retail, showrooms, and wholesale—and looking for students who want to gain real-world fashion business experience.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Rep Intern (Commission-Based) to help connect our brand with boutiques, retailers, and showrooms. This role is ideal for students interested in fashion sales, entrepreneurship, and networking.

Responsibilities

Research and reach out to potential retail partners and buyers.

Pitch and present our products to boutiques and showrooms.

Help manage client relationships and provide feedback to our team.

Support brand visibility at events, trade shows, or pop-ups (if applicable).

Qualifications

Passion for fashion, sales, and building relationships.

Strong communication and networking skills.

Self-starter, comfortable with independent outreach.

Previous retail, showroom, or sales experience a plus (but not required).

Compensation

Commission-based: earn 8% of every retail sale you help secure.

Example: $300 pair = $24 commission.

No cap on earnings + bonus opportunities for strong performance.
