Hospital Services Administrator (HSA) – Acute Dialysis Program

About the Role
DaVita is seeking a Hospital Services Administrator (HSA) to oversee our acute dialysis program at University Hospital in Columbia, MO and a small satellite regional hospital in Jefferson City, MO. This is a unique opportunity to lead operations across multiple hospitals in the Mid-Missouri region, with a strong impact on patient care and team success.

In this role, you’ll manage 25–30 direct reports and oversee approximately 5,000 treatments per year. You’ll spend most of your time based in Columbia, with some travel to nearby hospitals.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 25–30 teammates
• Manage day-to-day hospital program operations, ensuring quality outcomes
• Partner with hospital leadership to maintain compliance and strengthen relationships
• Drive results using data, metrics, and operational goals
• Support regional growth and future expansion (VA hospital partnership may be added)

Preferred Profile
We’re looking for an ambitious, operationally focused leader who thrives in a hospital setting:

• Hospital leadership experience required (academic medical center experience preferred)
• Strong background in people management, metrics, and daily operations
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; Master’s degree a plus
• Based in Columbia or Jefferson City area (in-office 4+ days/week at University Hospital)
• Healthcare background not required—non-clinical leaders are encouraged to apply
