Position Overview:
As a Solution Center Representative, you will be a trusted point of contact for financial advisors and customers. You will handle inbound inquiries regarding a range of financial products, including annuities, providing clear information and effective resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for inbound calls, addressing questions on financial products, taxes, and withdrawals.
- Analyze and resolve customer issues, taking ownership to ensure a positive outcome.
- Educate callers on product features and services.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales capacity. Financial services experience is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A consultative, problem-solving mindset and a professional, customer-first attitude.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00 per hour, with a performance-based increase within the first year.
- Schedule: Full-time, 38.75-hour work week, Monday through Friday. Shifts are assigned between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST following the initial training period. No weekends required.
- Location: This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in our Grandview Heights, OH office (1000 Yard St, 43212).
