About the Internship
Join our Technology Enablement Consulting team for 10 weeks of hands-on learning, professional development, and client exposure. You’ll build a foundation in enterprise technologies like OneStream and Oracle EPM, while learning the art of consulting—problem-solving, storytelling, and working side-by-side with clients on meaningful projects.

We’re looking for curious, motivated students with a passion for finance, technology, and helping organizations solve complex problems. If that’s you, this program is designed to give you a front-row seat to a consulting career.

What You’ll Do

  • Participate in client and internal project meetings with senior consultants and business leaders.
  • Assist with key phases of the project life cycle—from requirements gathering through solution delivery.
  • Learn how consultants approach real-world business challenges and craft innovative solutions.
  • Gain exposure and training to EPM technologies (OneStream, Oracle EPM Cloud, etc.) that shape the future of corporate finance.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, with the chance to see your work applied to live projects.
  • Create and deliver a capstone presentation to firm leadership at the end of your internship.

What We’re Looking For

  • Projected 2027 OR fall 2026 graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong interest in both finance and technology, with a desire to explore consulting as a career.
  • Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and communicate insights.
  • Team-oriented mindset, leadership potential, and excellent communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required; exposure to ERP, SQL, or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments.
  • Willingness to travel if needed.
