Position Overview
We’re seeking an honest, professional, and committed individual to manage our Miami office and warehouse. This role blends customer service, sales, and logistics. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in organization, and is ready to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist walk-in clients (designers, architects, contractors, homeowners)
- Sales: Answer calls, explain product lines, process orders, and close sales from the office
- Warehouse Management: Keep inventory organized, maintain a clean workspace, and track products
- Logistics: Prepare and dispatch orders; assist with loading/unloading shipments
- Communication: Coordinate with clients and team, ensuring smooth project delivery
- Problem Solving: Think critically to resolve issues and improve processes
- Growth: Show initiative—opportunities to advance as the company expands
Requirements
- Honesty and Professionalism: Trustworthy, reliable, and committed to high standards
- Communication Skills: Fluent English (Spanish a plus), comfortable on the phone and in person
- Physical Ability: Able to lift and handle paint buckets/materials (up to ~50 lbs)
- Organization: Strong attention to detail, keeps warehouse and records orderly
- People Skills: Friendly, patient, able to work with diverse clients and team members
- Initiative: Willing to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges
- Experience: Office, warehouse, or retail background preferred; sales experience is a plus
