Data Analyst

A leading global gaming company is looking for a Data Analyst to join their Player Success and Analytics team. This role will focus on improving player engagement, supporting VIP programs, and driving data-driven strategies to enhance customer experience. You’ll work with large datasets, cross-functional stakeholders, and analytics teams to deliver actionable insights that shape how millions of players interact with games every day.

Role:
📊 Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for improving player engagement and VIP outreach strategies
📈 Build dashboards and reports that communicate campaign effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and player health
🤝 Partner with product managers, analysts, and account managers to measure impact of outreach programs and collaborations
🧩 Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights for senior stakeholders on campaigns, sweepstakes, and engagement initiatives
🔧 Support Player Support teams by identifying process improvements to boost customer satisfaction and optimize costs

Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
💼 2+ years of professional experience in data analytics or data science
💻 Strong SQL skills and intermediate Python experience
📊 Proficiency with at least one data visualization tool (Tableau preferred)
📚 Experience with CRM or sales analytics a plus
🔍 Background in data mining, optimization, experimental design, or computational analytics preferred
🗣️ Strong communication skills with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical teams
