Sports Photography Marketing Intern 

Position: Social Media & Content Creation 

Brand: Candid Color Photography and TSS Phtography 

Locations available:  Norman, OK or Oklahoma City, OK

 Remote positions with some in-office, optional opportunities. 

Pay & Hours: Starting at $12/hr, but dependent on experience. 

Up to 20 hours per week with flexible hours. 

Length of position: Throughout the school year with the optional summer opportunities. 

Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic and creative intern to support Candid Color Photography by attending CCP shoots and helping capture content for our digital platforms. 

This role will involve gathering raw footage, behind-the-scenes content, and creating short-form videos and graphics that showcase our work and connect with our audiences. 

Pulling and organizing released images is a core activity in this internship. You’ll help Color Photography and TSS Photography ensure our content pipeline runs smoothly by keeping approved images organized and ready for social use. 

 

Responsibilities 

• Attend select Candid Color Photography shoots to gather behind-the-scenes content (photos, videos, clips for short-form use).

 • Capture raw footage that can later be edited into reels, TikToks, or story content. 

• Assist in editing short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts). 

• Create branded graphics (event highlights, branded visuals, promotional snippets). 

• Pull and organize released images from CCP events

 • Support the Social Media Manager in maintaining a structured content calendar.

 • Follow strict content approval guidelines 

Ideal Candidate 

• Comfortable attending live shoots, interacting with people and capturing content in dynamic environments 

• Actively follows and engages with current social media trends. 

 Creative eye for content, storytelling, and branding. 

• Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and organized. 

• Able to work independently and follow directions 

• Has some social media experience

 • Basic design/video skills in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools are a plus. 

• Experience using Ai for content and image creation a plus.

Goal

 To elevate Candid Color Photography social media by showing what we offer in a creative way that will resonate with athletic programs, coaches and athletes. Content will also be created and utilized for a sports photography franchise. 

Interns will gain hands-on experience in branding, campaign strategy, and event marketing for a brand!
