Supply Chain Intern - Fall 2025, Spring 2026, Summer 2026

Summary
The Supply Chain Intern will support our Supply and Demand Planning team while gaining exposure to multiple areas of supply chain operations. This role is designed to provide hands-on learning in forecasting, ERP data management, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will help pull and analyze reports from vendor portals, assist in creating weekly purchase orders, support KPI dashboard development by gathering historical data, and have opportunities to shadow other areas of the department to build a broad understanding of Itzy Ritzy’s supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Pull and review sales and inventory reports from vendor portals to support demand planning.
  • Assist in creating and submitting weekly purchase orders in alignment with forecasts and inventory needs.
  • Help maintain and update ERP system data (item master data, sales/operations reports, inventory tracking). 
  • Support the Demand Planning team by updating forecasting spreadsheets, including transferring and validating data across files to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Gather and organize historical sales and inventory data to support the team in building KPI dashboards.
  • Support the preparation of weekly business review reports and key operational metrics.
  • Shadow cross-functional teams such as logistics, purchasing, and customer service to learn end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Provide general analytical and administrative support to the Supply Chain team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Comfortable working with Excel and basic data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn ERP systems and supply chain processes.
  • Collaborative mindset with good communication skills.
