Secret Creek, a leader in crafting innovative and high-quality yurts, tipis, and tents, is seeking an experienced Social Media Content Creator to join our growing team to join our team and bring the spirit of outdoor living to life across our social media channels. This role requires someone who loves the outdoors, understands modern social media trends, and can craft engaging, authentic content that resonates with outdoor enthusiasts and lifestyle audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and compelling content for multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube focused on outdoor living products, adventures, and lifestyle.
• Produce original visuals, including photos, videos, graphics, and stories that showcase our brand’s outdoor structures and experiences.
• Manage and maintain a content calendar ensuring consistent posting and timely responses to trends and customer engagement.
• Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust content strategy to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
• Engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
• Stay updated on outdoor lifestyle trends, social media algorithm changes, and new content tools/techniques to keep our brand at the forefront.
• Assist in additional Marketing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience creating engaging content for social media, preferably for outdoor, lifestyle, or retail brands.
• Strong skills in photography, videography, editing, and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro).
• Excellent written communication and storytelling abilities tailored for diverse social platforms.
• Deep passion for the outdoors and connecting with audiences who share this interest.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a sense of brand voice and visual style.

Education: 2 to 4 year Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

       Experience: 3-5 years of content creation for productions with values $25,000 and above

      Work Schedule:  M-F 8am-5pm, with some possible weekend availability of travel

        Job Type:  Full-time
