Corporate Finance Intern
DiCello Levitt is seeking a detail-oriented and intellectually curious student to join our team in the Chicago office location as a Corporate Finance Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work directly with our Chief Financial Officer, gaining hands-on experience in the financial operations of a nationally recognized litigation firm. Interns will assist with financial reporting, forecasting, and other key business functions that support strategic decision-making across practice groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and presenting financial reports for internal stakeholders
- Support cash flow forecasting and budget planning
- Contribute to amortization tracking and financial modeling
- Help maintain and analyze data across platforms including Excel, Salesforce, and QuickBooks
- Participate in operational tasks and ad hoc projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business
- Familiarity with Excel, Salesforce, and QuickBooks
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Interest in financial planning, capital management, and operational strategy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
