Customer Support Specialist

We are a 14 years established business which needs to hire a quick moving Customer Support team member for our growing e-commerce operation.

MOTO-D Racing is involved in importing premium products and distributing them to dealers (B2B) and consumers (B2C) nationwide. 

Responsibilities include speaking with customers by phone / email, processing orders from the website, entry of invoices and purchase orders and assisting with warehouse operations.

Ability to collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Need a team player with a can-do attitude who wants to learn, contribute and grow.
