Immigration Associate

We are seeking a Law School Graduate or Newly Licensed Attorney with a strong interest in business and employment-based immigration law. This role is ideal for:

Recent law school graduates who have just passed the bar, or

Candidates sitting for the February bar exam who are committed to building a career in immigration law.

The position offers mentorship, direct client exposure, and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with preparing, drafting, and filing employment-based immigration petitions and applications (H-1B, O-1, L-1, TN, E-2, EB-1, EB-2 NIW, etc.).

Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda to support case strategies.

Participate in client consultations and help develop case strategies tailored to entrepreneurs, startups, and investors.

Maintain communication with clients to gather documents, provide updates, and answer questions.

Stay current on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies.

Support senior attorneys in business development, thought leadership, and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school.

Recently passed the bar exam (any U.S. jurisdiction) or scheduled to sit for the February bar exam.

Demonstrated interest in business immigration law (coursework, internships, clinics, or professional experience).

Fluent in Spanish (oral and written).

Proficiency in French or Portuguese is a strong advantage.

Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Commitment to client service and teamwork.
