Overview
Haute Housewife & Co.™ (HH&Co.), parent company of The Haute Circle™, is a powerhouse business ecosystem specializing in staffing & recruiting, brand management, and luxury events. We are seeking ambitious Executive Placement & Staffing Sales Interns to join our sales training program. This internship is designed to give students real-world experience in business development, staffing, and executive search while working directly with the CEO and lead recruiter.

Interns will focus on prospecting decision-makers, conducting outreach, and setting discovery meetings. You will shadow high-level sales calls, learn the art of executive placement deals, and gain hands-on training in the Win-Win Method of Selling.

Responsibilities

Research target companies and decision-makers in industries such as logistics, hospitality, healthcare, real estate, and tech.

Make ~100 cold calls per week using provided scripts.

Send outbound emails and LinkedIn messages to prospective clients.

Schedule discovery calls for the CEO and log all activity in our CRM (HubSpot).

Shadow executive-level discovery and closing calls.

Assist with recap notes, proposals, and basic onboarding tasks.

Time Commitment
25–28 hours per week. Interns will work in structured “Power Hours” for calls and outreach, with flexibility around academic schedules. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be needed during live events.

Compensation

$500/month stipend (paid $250 semi-monthly)

Commission bonuses on closed deals (3–5% of contract value).

Example: $10K staffing deal → $300–$500 payout.

Example: $25K executive placement → $750–$1,250 payout.

Unlimited earning potential based on performance
