Family Support Specialist (Part-time)

Family Time, Inc. is seeking dedicated Family Support Specialists to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in empowering parents and strengthening families.
What You'll Do:
- Provide guidance and support to parents in areas like child development, time management, and home management.
- Help parents build self-sufficiency through coaching, demonstrating new skills, and connecting them with community resources.
- Facilitate supervised parenting time to foster healthy parent-child interactions.
- Assist with problem-solving, crisis resolution, and family reunification efforts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum age of 21
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Desire to make a positive impact on families
- ***PREFERRED: experience providing direct, home-based, services to children & families that need assistance in the protection and care of their children.***
