
Operations Coordinator
The Role:
We’re looking for a right-hand operator to the COO—someone who can keep the wheels turning day-to-day and help lay the foundation for the company we’re becoming. Some days you’ll be deep in program spreadsheets or reviewing budgets with accountants. Other days you’ll be drafting new company procedures, coordinating with suppliers, or just making sure we don’t forget to order the gear we need next week.
If you’re the kind of person who likes variety, and can switch between strategic thinking and hands-on doing, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Work across departments to set up processes, tools, and procedures for our growing team.
- Create and maintain the office work environment.
- Coordinate and track high-priority projects, from OCONUS military operations to enterprise system rollouts.
- Help manage relationships with regulators, partners, and vendors.
- Handle the “need it yesterday” tasks—procurement, logistics, scheduling, whatever comes up.
- Jump into special projects that could range from production planning to event coordination.

- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to try new things and learn, but also help with the dirty work.
