Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

  • Collaborate with data engineers and DBAs to support data pipelines and warehouse optimization.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support:

  • Serve as a trusted partner to business units, providing data-driven recommendations and technical guidance.
  • Support end-users with BI tools, ensuring they can access and interpret information effectively.
  • Participate in cross-departmental initiatives to enhance enterprise-wide reporting capabilities.

Performance Optimization & Best Practices:

  • Continuously assess BI and reporting solutions for performance improvements and process efficiencies.
  • Document analytical methods, data models, and BI processes to ensure transparency and reusability.
  • Apply industry best practices for BI development, data governance, and security.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SSRS) and data visualization best practices.
  • Solid SQL skills and hands-on experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate insights clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
