Director of First Impressions

Front Desk & Administrative

  • Greet clients, subcontractors, and visitors professionally and courteously
  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails (Client Relations, Marketing), and handle general inquiries.
  • Maintain reception area, conference rooms, and office supplies stocked at all times.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with project team logistics.
  • Support office staff with document preparation, filing, scanning, and data entry.


 

Graphic Design, Marketing & Website Management

  • Design and update company marketing materials (presentations, brochures, flyers, signage).
  • Maintain the company’s brand identity across digital and print platforms.
  • Create visuals for proposals, project boards, and client meetings.
  • Support social media and website with branded graphics and content.
  • Update and maintain the company website with project photos, company news, and new content.
  • Collaborate with project managers on visual materials for bids, RFPs, and community outreach.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
  • Basic knowledge of website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with construction/real estate industry terminology is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service focus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Knowledge of social media content creation.
  • Basic understanding of project management or construction administration.
