📍 Location: 699 S Mill Ave #117, Tempe, AZ 85281
 💰 Pay: $15/hour + tip share (+$2–$5/hr)
 🕒 Schedule: Full-time & Part-time (weekend availability required)

Proof Bread is hiring Retail Bakers at our flagship Tempe location. This role blends service, storytelling, and light baking/prep—helping bring our pastries, breads, and community spirit to life on Mill Ave.

What You’ll Do

  • Bake and finish pastries, prep sandwiches and toast, create coffee syrups, and more
  • Deliver warm, knowledgeable, genuine service to every guest
  • Keep customer and prep areas clean, food-safe, and ready
  • Support operations, including supply chain and value-add programs
  • Build community through authentic connections and service in a flagship location of a globally-recognized sourdough bakery
