Join Our Team: Technology Support & Development Coordinator
Are you a curious, tech-savvy problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment? Do you love helping people learn, asking smart questions, and finding creative solutions to improve how a team works? Our growing suburban law firm is looking for the right person to join our team as a Technology Support & Development Coordinator—a role focused on technical support, training, and continuous improvement.
At RKG Law, we believe that smart use of technology drives superior client service. We’re seeking someone who is dependable, insightful, and collaborative—someone who enjoys both troubleshooting and teaching, and who wants to be part of a team that works hard, supports one another, and has fun while doing it.
Your Role:
As our Technology Support & Development Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day tech support, software optimization, and team development. You’ll work closely with attorneys, staff, and leadership to ensure that our people and processes are aligned with our commitment to excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and remote access tools; coordinate with our IT vendor for network and infrastructure support.
- Manage and support core systems including Microsoft 365, practice and document management software, and more.
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs for staff and attorneys to build skills in technology and legal practice tools.
- Evaluate and improve firm-wide technology use and training methods based on user feedback, business goals, and new tech developments.
- Collaborate with leadership and practice groups to streamline business processes and ensure that our software tools are used effectively.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve how we work through better tools, workflows, or systems.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- You enjoy problem-solving, teaching others, and sharing knowledge across teams.
- You’re naturally curious and don’t hesitate to ask questions to understand how and why things work.
- You’re known for being dependable, detail-oriented, and someone others can rely on.
- You work well independently and collaboratively, taking initiative while staying open to feedback.
- You’re passionate about helping others succeed and making processes better through technology.
- You’re not afraid of learning new systems, and you’re quick to dig into new software or troubleshoot unexpected issues.
Preferred Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with document and practice management systems (e.g., Filevine) is a plus—but not required if you’re eager to learn.
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to write or improve how-to documentation, quick guides, or process manuals.
Why Work With Us?
- We offer the chance to be part of a tight-knit, client-focused team that values both professionalism and personality.
- You’ll have a direct impact on the success of our people and the quality of service we deliver.
- You’ll be encouraged to grow professionally, think critically, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- We’re a place where your curiosity and drive will be recognized—and where your voice matters.
Who Should Apply?
We welcome applications from:
- Experienced professionals looking to share their knowledge and grow their impact.
- Career changers who are tech-savvy and ready to bring fresh perspective.
- Early-career candidates who love technology and want to build a meaningful career in a professional environment.
If you take pride in your work, love helping others, and are excited to grow with a firm that values innovation, client service, and collaboration—we want to hear from you.
