Rookie Sales Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Rookie Sales Consultant to join our team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who may not have prior sales experience but are excited to build a career in sales and business development. You will receive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience while learning how to identify opportunities, communicate effectively with clients, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply sales techniques through structured training and coaching.
  
   
• Engage with potential customers via email, networking, and in-person meetings.
  
   
• Assist in managing client relationships and follow-up communications.
  
   
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
  
   
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet and exceed sales goals.
  
   
• Represent the company’s products and services with professionalism.
  
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience preferred (all majors welcome).
  
   
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
   
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
  
   
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  
   
• No prior sales experience required—training will be provided.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $52,350 – $58,785 annually (depending on experience).
