Social Media & Content Intern

DJE is seeking a part-time Social Media & Content Intern to support our growing digital presence. This role is ideal for a creative individual with strong editing skills and a passion for short-form content.
 

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce TikToks, Instagram Reels, and other short-form videos.
  
   
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and publishing social media posts.
  
   
• Contribute ideas to enhance audience engagement and brand growth.
  
   
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve content.
  
   
• Expand reach and identify collaborations with other creators, influencers, and platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, X).
  
   

Qualifications

• Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
  
   
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends.
  
   
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  
   
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  
   
• PR training or some proficiency in PR preferred.

• “Chronically online” candidates highly preferred.

Dirk Johnson Enterprises (DJE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ferdinand Capital LLC, a New York–based financial institution.

Currently a mixed-media company, DJE is focused on short-form content, both TikTok and Instagram. With plans to expand into YouTube, Twitch, and other platforms, DJE is growing its reach and building a multi-platform presence.

Interns will be expected to contribute directly to building this presence and to collaborate with the team on cross-platform growth strategies.
