Customer Consultant

At Pro Connections, our Customer Consultants are the voice and spirit of our clients, making this one of the most important roles on our team.

This is the perfect entry point for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want more than just a job, they want a career path with training, mentorship, and room to grow. This position is Full-time, and On-Site here in Columbus!

 

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day):

Connect with customers—answer questions, share promotions, and provide support

Set up new accounts and update existing ones

Assist with order placements through our call center team

Partner with management to deliver excellent customer service and meet goals

Collect feedback and track overall customer satisfaction
