Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator

Resolution Group (RGI) is a full-service DBE/WBE civil engineering firm founded in 2008. Headquartered in Indianapolis, RGI specializes in roadway and intersection design, stormwater quality and management, hydraulic and bridge design, environmental permitting, utility coordination, right of way, and inspection services for contractors, consultant partners and public/private sector clients.

As Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator you will:

  • Collaborate with technical department heads and business development staff (project coordinators, company owners) to develop relevant marketing content for brochures, project profiles, etc.
  • Participate in the proposal development process, including kickoff meetings and take responsibility for proposal design templates, technical graphics, photography, and other visual aspects of the final product.
  • Support presentation efforts including presentation development, rehearsals, materials, and logistics. Support in-person events with advance promotion and day-of logistics.
  • Plan and create content-driven communication strategies and campaign analytics for RGI website and LinkedIn channel. Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva design ability desired.
  • Champion the RGI brand and reputation with marketing tactics including advertising, conferences, events, sponsorships, award submittals, brochures, etc.
  • Assist with maintaining the Unanet CRM database Performance Traits• Critical thinking skills to read and understand technical requirements• Exceptional responsiveness and ability to thrive under tight deadlines• Proactive communicator at all levels of the organization• Organized for efficiency, motivated for achievement, action-oriented for success.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree

· 3 years related work experience, preferably in the A/E/C industries (B2G experience preferred)

· Read and understand technical information, conduct interviews, and draft technical material; excellent grammar, spelling and composition skills required

· Collaborative and able to excel in cross-functional work teams

· Self-motivated and able to work independently.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and CRM or data management software (Unanet experience preferred)

· Google and/or Adobe certifications desired (AI, digital marketing, graphic design, visual design or similar)
