Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Build and maintain a strong portfolio of long-term client relationships.
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
Analyze clients' financial needs and develop personalized financial plans.
Recommend appropriate financial products and strategies, including investments, retirement planning, insurance (life, disability, long-term care), and estate planning.
- Sales & Business Development:
Present and clearly explain complex financial concepts and products to clients.
Close sales and implement recommended financial strategies.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
- Compliance & Ongoing Service:
Ensure all client interactions and recommendations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Provide ongoing portfolio reviews and service to existing clients, making adjustments as their lives and markets change.
Continuously stay updated on financial markets, economic trends, and new products.
