Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Work With Kids, Make a Difference
About Us:
FriendshipABA is part of Friendship Circle of Cleveland, a community that supports children with disabilities and their families. We’re launching ABA services in a warm, supportive, and community environment.
Role:
We are looking for motivated, upbeat, and caring college-age students and young adults to work directly with children with developmental disabilities. This is meaningful work that also builds your career in psychology, education, or special education. Receive mentorship from our clinical director Dr Yosef Peysin, PhD BCBA-D an experienced expert in the field of children with disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Work 1:1 with children with developmental disabilities.
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
Collect data on goals and progress.
Support social and communication skill development.
Participate in team trainings and meetings.
Requirements:
Passion for helping children.
High school diploma required. College coursework in psych, education, or special ed preferred.
RBT certification preferred. Training provided if not certified.
Reliable, responsible, and motivated to learn.
Open to college students and young adults.
Schedule & Pay:
Flexible part-time and full-time options.
$18–25/hour depending on experience and training.
