🎯 What You’ll Do

As a Forecasting Analyst, you’ll help us plan ahead by predicting how busy our contact center will be and how many team members we’ll need to keep things running smoothly. You’ll work with data, collaborate with teams, and make a real impact on our daily operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze call volume, agent availability, and average handle time (AHT)
• Use forecasting models (like time series or regression) to predict demand
• Adjust forecasts for holidays, promotions, and other external factors
• Work with leadership to align staffing plans with business goals
• Help calculate staffing needs and support scheduling
• Monitor real-time performance and adjust forecasts as needed
• Track forecast accuracy and suggest improvements
• Create daily and weekly reports comparing forecast vs. actual performance

Minimum Requirements:

Please Note: This is a hybrid role and requires candidates to be willing to work in-office Monday through Wednesday, with Thursday and Friday onsite as needed based on business demands.

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Familiarity with forecasting tools or statistical modeling
• Ability to turn business needs into actionable insights

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Experience in workforce management or forecasting (even internships count!)
• Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
